Shipping Policy

We ship to all 50 U.S. states — including your PO box, your college dorm, and that apartment with the notoriously broken doorbell.

Processing (the part we own):
We pack every bedwrap, quilt cover, and sheet set like it's headed to a five-star retreat — folded, sealed, and ready to unbox. That takes us 1–3 business days. We're fast, but we're not reckless.

Delivery (the part we don't control):

Yes, these are estimates. No, we can't control weather or USPS moods. But we will track your package like it's our own.

Tracking:
You'll receive a tracking link via email within 24 hours of shipment. Stalk it. We do too.

Lost or stolen packages:
If the carrier says "Delivered" but you can't find it — check your porch, side door, and that one neighbor who always gets your mail. After that, we'll help you file a claim. Legally, once marked delivered, it's on the carrier — but we'll guide you through it with actual empathy.

Wrong address?
Typo? We've all been there. Email us within 2 hours of ordering and we'll fix it. After that, your package might take a scenic route back to us — and reshipping will cost you.

Undeliverable returns:
If your package bounces back to us, we'll reach out. Reshipping fees apply — fair is fair.
